    Available General Services:
  • Event Management Plan Development: Work with conference committee/staff to establish event objectives in order to develop conference format and agenda; prepare timeline for group; develop reporting and management tools.
  • Housing Arrangements: Make and manage hotel arrangements for conference VIPs and staff.
  • Conference Planning: Work with conference committee/staff as needed. We will attend scheduled conference committee meetings and conference calls. Attend pre-con meeting at hotel and conduct a post-conference wrap-up meeting.
  • Budget Development: Work with conference committee/staff to prepare budget for event.
  • Food & Beverage Management: Select menus based on group's budget, review all banquet event orders, and coordinate changes with all food vendors.
  • Meeting Room Assignments: Coordinate with the hotel, vendors, and the conference committee/staff all room assignments, last minute changes, set-ups, and special room requests.
  • On-site Meeting Management: Provide staff member(s) who supervise and oversee all aspects of the meeting at the site of the event.
  • Post Conference Wrap Up: Review of all final vendor charges (banquet event orders, sleeping room pick up reports, general service contractor) in order to ensure accuracy of final billing to client.
