Available Services:
- Call for Papers: Horizon will develop and distribute an invitation to submit topic ideas for the conference program. The document will outline the instructions for the submission of papers for assessment and selection by the review committee.
- Speaker Confirmation: Horizon will contact speakers as requested by conference committee/staff and send confirmation letters to each speaker. (Horizon does not do speaker identification or selections.)
- Speaker Presentation Collection and Distribution: Horizon will present speakers with instructions regarding the specific expectations of the event, the format for presentation submissions, audio visual request procedures, deadlines for submission and notification process. Once presentations are collected, they are sent to conference committee/staff for review and approval. Horizon will notify approved speakers and communicate the date, time and location of their presentation.
- Speaker Maintenance: Horizon will maintain speaker schedule and communicate changes to all parties.
- Audio Visual Management: Coordinate audio visual requests from speakers; Horizon will coordinate with audio visual vendor to order requested audio visual.
- Onsite Speaker Management: Confirm arrival of all speakers and manage last minute requests.
- Speaker Hotel Arrangements: Make hotel arrangements for speakers.
- Handout Distribution: Web-based, CD, or Paper-based
- Session Moderator Management: Horizon will communicate the moderator instructions to the session moderator and be their main point of contact.
- Speaker Evaluation: Horizon will develop and distribute a questionnaire for attendees feedback regarding each speaker presentation based on the goals and objectives of the session. This may be done electronically or in print format.
